Our Region
Nearby is Neos Marmaras which is a small town on the edge of the peninsula of Sithonia in the prefecture of Halkidiki.
It is built on three hills, in the mountainous complex of Itamos or Drawoodelis. In the village you can find everything from taverns and cafes to souvenir and clothing shops.
Every Thursday from 7:30 to 13:30 there is a market in the area of the port.In the area you will find excellent virgin olive oil, olives and honey, as most of the residents are engaged in their production.
Parthenonas
The settlement Parthenonas is located 5km from our studios and Parthenonas is a designated traditional settlement of the Municipality of Sithonia Halkidiki. It is located at an altitude of 320 m and has 6 permanent residents. In Byzantine times the wider area was a part of the monastery of Kostamonitou.
In Parthenonas there is a Folklore Museum and there is a wonderful chapel of Agios Stefanos which is open some days of the year!In the settlement there are taverns and cafes where you can enjoy the sunset!

Within 3km from our property is the luxury hotel Porto Karras which you can visit.
At the hotel there is a marina that can accommodate boats.
